BOARD MEMBERS
At the apex of BANKSETA‘s governance, sits the BANKSETA Board which provides insight and strategic direction for BANKSETA’s activities. The Board sets the strategy and monitors its implementation. Once the strategy is implemented, the Board ensures that it abides by the strategy and holds itself accountable for carrying out the objectives of the strategy. The Board is constituted of an equal number of employer and employee representatives from the sector; and three Ministerial representatives.
