The transfer of skills is intrinsic to maintaining a high level of service to our stakeholders within the broader banking and inclusive banking industry.

A vital part of our mission is to inform, engage and empower the youth by providing information on skills development initiatives in the banking and microfinance sector.

Application forms are only available once the recruitment window is open.

The programme aims to increase the number of Black African learners to obtain exceptional results in Mathematics,
Science, English, Computer /IT in the National Senior Certificate Examination.

Employers from the banking and inclusive banking industry who would like to become involved in coaching, mentoring and supporting up-and-coming talent in banking and microfinance, can become involved.

BANKSETA employs a multipronged approach on Work Integrated Learning and providing funding for bursaries.
