Certificate in Management Development

The aim of project is to increase the pool of skills at entry level management occupations in the Banking and alternative banking Sector. Each year the employers identify candidates to participate in the programme in partnership with a Business School. The progamme is design for Junior and Middle Managers within the sector that are suitable for the programme.

The candidate that complete the programme will qualify for the Certificate in Management Development NQF Level 5 qualification provides for articulation onto the NQF Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Management ensuring continuity with regards to management training.
