The Employee Wellness Programme at BANKSETA focuses on promoting the well-being of staff members and their immediate families. As part of this initiative, Wellness Day offers health screening interventions and assessments, including voluntary counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS, basic eye screening, body mass index assessment, blood cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure testing.
