Description of Funding Window
The Skills Development Initiatives for Grade 12 Funding Window is now opened to all public Universities, Universities of Technology, TVET Colleges and Community Education and Training Colleges. The funding window opens on Friday, 08th August 2025 and closes at 16h30 on Friday, 19th September 2025.
Stakeholders must note that for this funding window they are required to apply online as well as via email in the normal way. submit to Grade12initiativesapplications2025@bankseta.org.za. and BANKSETA SIMS (online platform). Training of how to apply on online will be provided, applicants are encouraged to attend. The date for training will be communicated to all applicants.
Submission Information
Upon submission, please ensure to:
Submit and record the application for funding.
Submission will consist of an application form duly completed and signed as well as the application register.
Verify all documents to ensure its not duplicated, password protected/encrypted or corrupt in any way.
No late application will be accepted by email or online.
Index the email as follows in the Subject Line: Institution Name, SDI for Grade 12 Project 2025 and Number of learners.
The closing date and time for all applications is 16h30 on Friday, 19th September 2025.
