The BANKSETA invites all qualifying stakeholders to apply for funding support for the implementation of the District Development Model. This funding supports the programmes that focus on SME development rural communities, youth development, and those focusing on poverty eradication, employment and equality.
The rural development project is intended to increase employment and livelihood opportunities in rural areas and promote sustainable development practices for positive socio-economic impact in rural communities.
All interested applicants are required to complete and return the Stakeholder Registration form and return it via email to DavidM@bankseta.org.za and copy SifisoM@bankseta.org.za to allow timeous addition on the system as a stakeholder.
Applicant are encouraged to send this back ASAP, no new stakeholder will be added on the system after the 12th September 2025, however those already captured on the system will be able to apply until the deadline indicated on the approved guidelines.
BANKSETA will host a virtual briefing session on the 19th August 2025 where training will be offered regarding online submissions. RSVP for this session by sending your contact details to DavidM@bankseta.org.za.
