We wish to inform you that the email account of one of our employees, Ms Nyeko Mayimela ( Quality Assurance Administrator), has been compromised.
The BANKSETA ICT Security team is aware of the incident and is currently taking the necessary measures to secure the account and address the matter .
We kindly request our stakeholders not to be alarmed. However, as a precautionary measure, should you receive any unusual or suspicious communication from Ms Mayimela’s email address, particularly messages containing unfamiliar links, attachments, requests for information, or payments, please do not respond, click on any links, open attachments, or act on such requests.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation and vigilance while our ICT Security team works to resolve the matter.
